Shipping Policy

YO!POINT ships smart vending equipment from our U.S. fulfillment locations. Delivery timelines and costs depend on order size, destination, and freight method selected at checkout or confirmed by our sales team.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation and order verification. Large or custom orders may require additional lead time; we will notify you if that applies.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard freight and liftgate delivery for commercial addresses
  • Self-pickup options may be available for qualified buyers
  • International shipping is available to select regions — contact us for a quote

Delivery & Inspection

Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier receipt. Report shipping damage to support@yopoint.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated separately unless otherwise stated in your quotation. Fees shown on product pages or quotes are estimates and may vary by location and access requirements.

Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your investment. Our refund and return terms depend on whether you purchased under a standard sale or a promotional trial program.

30-Day Trial Program

If you enrolled in our 30-Day Trial Plan, you may return the equipment within the trial period if it does not meet your expectations. Refunds are issued based on the unit’s depreciated value upon return. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping. A flat program fee may apply as described in your trial agreement.

Standard Purchases

Because vending machines are commercial equipment, standard orders are generally non-refundable once shipped, except where required by law or where a manufacturing defect is confirmed by YO!POINT support.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your unit arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours at support@yopoint.com. We will work with you on repair, replacement parts, or replacement units as appropriate under warranty.

How to Request a Return

Email support@yopoint.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Do not ship equipment back without a return authorization (RA) number.
